About Us and How Website Operates

The Website/App acts as a platform providing customers with recharge facilities. We provide online connection booking for Cable TV and broadband services, recharge facilities for mobile, DTH, Data cards, and utility bill payments. Our SRSMP Portal acts as a revenue and service management tool for local cable and broadband providers, allowing partners to track real-time locations of collection employees.

Membership & Eligibility

Registration is required to avail of our services. We collect basic information including name, gender, DOB, email, contact number, and billing information. Membership is restricted to individuals above 18 years of age. Minors may use the site only through a legal guardian.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password. Providing false or inaccurate details may lead to permanent account suspension.

Charges, Payments & Taxes

The usage of the SRSMP Portal costs Rs.1/-*. We reserve the right to amend this fee policy. Partners/merchants agree to pay commissions for successfully closed sales requests as per mutually decided percentages. Suspension may occur after 2 consecutive months of non-payment.

Discount Policy:

A 20% discount on the first bill is available only for plans under Rs.500 (Broadband) and Rs.250 (Cable TV), with maximum discounts capped at Rs.100 and Rs.50 respectively.

Payment Methods:

• Domestic and international Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex).
• Debit Cards and Net Banking.
• Prepaid wallets powered by CC Avenue.

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees arising from the use of the service.

User’s Obligations

As a user, you agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or sell any software obtained from the platform.
• Use robots, spiders, or automated devices to monitor or copy content.
• Post material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates the "Indecent Representation of Women Act, 1986".
• Threaten the unity, integrity, or security of India.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Disputes will be resolved via a two-step process:

Stage 1 (Mediation): Resolution through a neutral third-party mediator mutually accepted by both parties.

Stage 2 (Arbitration): If mediation fails, binding arbitration will be held in Delhi, India, conducted in English by a three-member board.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
